On Saturday, our students took part in the VEX “Stanmore Standoff” competition at North London Collegiate School, joining teams that had travelled from as far as Birmingham to compete.

Our students represented the Academy superbly throughout the day, demonstrating resilience, creativity in problem-solving and impressive teamwork in a highly competitive field. Congratulations to Nicholson, Hammad, Rayan and Isabella for their determined and skilful performances.

Results:
1st place: Team 13765W (MTS) and 6023F
GCA teams reached the semi-finals, only narrowly missing out to the overall winners. A fantastic achievement from the whole team.
