Careers Education and Guidance

The Academy’s Careers Leader with the Senior Leadership team and the Careers Governor will successfully plan and manage learning programmes, the curriculum and careers advice so that all our pupils get a good start and are well prepared for the next stage in their education, training or employment.

Purpose & Aims:

We commit the school to support all students to realise their full potential so that they leave the school with the qualifications, skills and attributes they need to lead fulfilled and rewarding lives. We fully endorse the school’s relentless focus on:

Greig City Academy aims to provide a world class careers programme for all students that meets the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. Here we summarise the careers provision for all GCA students:
