A note from Ms Brown...

Our 6 form students proudly showcased a collection of artwork exploring the theme of mental health and wellbeing at the Anna Freud HQ yesterday. 

Their creativity, insight and confidence made a real impression, and many teachers and mental health professionals attending the event commented on the exceptional quality of their work and the powerful messages it conveyed.

A special thank you goes to Mr Chorley for inspiring and supporting our talented young artists throughout the project. Their work was a real credit to the school.

A huge thank you also goes to Emmily and Alice for their contribution to the artwork. Their creativity and hard work helped make the exhibition such a success.

Finally, a huge shout-out to Summer Jaiden who confidently facilitated the exhibition at the Anna Freud Centre, engaging with professionals and visitors throughout the event. Jaiden represented Greig City Academy with maturity, enthusiasm and professionalism, and we are incredibly proud of the way he spoke so passionately about the students' work. 

Thank you to everyone who has supported this important initiative. It was wonderful to see our students recognised for their creativity, advocacy and commitment to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
