7th Feb 2022

On Jan 31 our teams competed at City of London Girls School. For some of our year 7s this was their very first robotics competition and our teams, although very inexperienced, had a great day out competing and learning. All said they enjoyed the day and can’t wait for the next competition.

The Bread Crumb team came 4th in the tournament in only their third competition. All teams took the tournament really seriously and worked to improve and develop their strategies and some made major improvement throughout the day.

On February 5, our teams competed at Simon Langton School Canterbury. It was our most relaxed competition as nearly all the robots had been rebuilt before the competition.

All teams fought hard through to the finals with MIAOW being knocked out in the quarter finals, with much improved showing throughout the day. The more experienced Gearers and ATORE didn’t drop a match winning every single match and working together to gain the UK highest score for the second time this season.
