GCA offers a wide and interesting range of subjects to help you achieve your ambitions. Level 3 courses need a great deal of commitment and you’ll be expected to read widely, conduct independent research, write essays and make presentations. Courses all have different teaching approaches, some relying on academic techniques whilst others are very practical. You need to consider all these points as well as your personal skills and qualities so as to make an informed decision.
You will enjoy studying in an exceptionally well-equipped environment. In addition to nine ICT suites, extensive ICT resources are used across all curriculum areas. Aspiring performers will gain performance and technical skills in our theatre and sound engineering studio. You will conduct your independent study in a dedicated centre - soon to be extended to accommodate increased numbers - which offers pleasant areas for study and relaxation.
Here's what one of our current students says:
"I stayed on at GCA because the subjects I wanted to study require a lot of hard work and concentration and the teachers here push me and keep me on track. I'd like to read English at one of the top universities and the advice and help I am getting here is going to help me do that." Jay.
