We hope our prospectuses and what you see on this website will help you and your child make a decision about what is an important step in his or her education, whether that is the move from primary to secondary school or entry into the 6th form.
Year 7 entry, September 2009
Without reference to ability or aptitude, Governors offer 200 places each academic year for entry into Year Seven.
For a chance to tour the school and talk to students and staff, please join us at one or more of the following:
Open Evening: Wednesday, September 24 from 6pm to 8pm. The Principal's talk will take place at 6.15pm and 7.15pm.
Open Mornings: Friday, September 26 and Friday, October 10 at 9.15am.
There is no need to reserve a place at the evening session but, if you would like to attend one of the morning sessions, it would be very helpful if you could reserve a place by calling our Admissions Officer on 020 8609 0171 and saying which day you prefer.
The Academy takes part in the Pan-London Coordinated Admissions Scheme. You need to complete the local authority’s form available from your child’s primary school or from your local authority. If you are applying for a Foundation place, you will also need to complete the Greig City Academy Supplementary Information Form obtainable from the school or downloadable from this site. If you are applying for an Open place you do not need to complete this form. Click on the links on the right of this page to find out more about the admissions policy, Foundation and Open places and how to apply.

Prospectuses and application forms are available from the Academy.
For entry in any other year, please contact our Admissions Officer on 020 8609 0171.
We very much look forward to receiving your application.
