19th Dec 2019Congratulations to our three VEX IQ robotics teams on their success in the Christmas Clash Tournament at St Helena School, where they dominated the competition.
A Year 9 team, ATORE, Loqmane, Nathan and Gabriel, were tournament champions and have now qualified for the National Finals. They also won a trophy for 'Robot Skills'.
Another Year 9 team, Something Simple, Anda, Sheeba and Yi Ping, took 2nd place and won the 'Robot Build' award.
Our Year 8 team, GCA Gearers, Darius and Beatrice, won a trophy for 'Robot Skills' and also won the Amaze Award. To date they have also won two tournament championships.
